Where are you located?

Our products are printed right in Cherry Hill, NJ!
 

What are custom items?

We now offer a "Create Your Own" section, where you can get your own design printed on one of our products! Just visit here and choose an item to customize. Use the options on the product page to add text, clipart, or upload and edit an image. Each item has a safe print area shown by a dashed line, only designs inside of this area will be printed on your item. Be sure to add your creation to the shopping cart when you are finished!
 

Do I have to make an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to order an item from our site, but we recommend it! You will be able to check out faster on future orders and you can sign up for our newsletter in order to receive discounts and more! You can create an account here.
 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, Paypal, and ICUP Gift Cards.
 

How much is shipping?

We subscribe UPS gateways for providing real-time, accurate shipping charges. You can calculate your estimated shipping price using the UPS calculator or by using the Estimate Shipping tool located in your shopping cart.
 

My order is over $50, how do I receive free shipping?

If you make an order that totals $50 or more, you automatically qualify for free shipping! When you choose a shipping option during checkout, make sure to check off the Free Shipping option.
 

Do you ship to military addresses?

Yes! Shipments to APO and FPO addresses are sent via US Priority Mail. Items too large to ship via Priority Mail will be indicated during checkout. A customer service representative will be in contact with you if there are any problems shipping your order to a military address.
 

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. Stay tuned!
 

I am ordering a small item and shipping is more than the item itself. Is this correct?

Sometimes shipping will be more than low-priced items. Shipping is calculated by product weight and package dimensions. Charges are calculated directly by UPS. We don't inflate shipping costs. In fact, many times we pay more than what you were charged.


 Where is my order?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Once your order ships we will send you an email with a link to track your order. If you have any questions about your order feel free to contact us at admin@icuponline.com.
 

How will my gift message be displayed? If I choose “Do Not Include Packing Slip,” how will the recipient get my message?

Packing slips are printed separately and do not include your name, so be sure to include your name in the gift message. If you decide to include the packing slip, your gift message will be printed on the slip. No prices are printed on packing slips.
